Hi! Welcome to our page - team KN are taking part in the Hackney Half Marathon on Sunday, 18 May 2025. Our team is made up of Emma Dauriac, Eimear Sloan, Melissa Field, Oliver Oldman, Ellis Chan and Olive James.

We are raising money for New Horizon Youth Centre (NHYC). NHYC delivers high quality, trauma-informed services for any young person aged 16-24, who wants support. Their services are focused on improving their Housing, Health, Safety and Life Skills. NHYC also use their expertise and knowledge to forge change within the wider system.

Every year, thousands of young Londoners are pushed into homelessness and danger through no fault of their own. That’s why New Horizon Youth Centre exists.

Last year 136,000 young people asked for help from their local council because they were homeless or at risk of homelessness. NHYC are the only youth-specific rough sleeping outreach service and the only youth-specific day centre in London, where young people from all across London and the world can access their holistic support.

We would love your support in order to meet our targets and to raise funds for this amazing organisation which makes a real difference to the lives and wellbeing of homeless youth in London.
