The virtual challenge is to encourage as many of the business and family to get out of the house, run in the park or just down the road, breathe in some fresh air and get your heart racing. It’s great for the mind, body and soul. The event is about bringing people together during this difficult time, being part of a team and to regularly chat with other teammates.
