According to latest reports, Israeli forces have tonight physically assaulted Palestinian worshippers inside al-Aqsa Mosque.

Hundreds of worshippers who were peacefully observing the holy month of Ramadan - were forcibly removed from the site.

Eyewitness reports also suggest rubber-coated steel bullets were fired.

During escalations like these, it is innocent civilians that are left wounded and seriously injured.

Islamic Relief has been working in Palestine since 1997, delivering vital life-saving aid.

We are working with partners to deliver urgent medical supplies to ensure hospitals are well equipped to help those wounded and seriously injured from this and future escalations.
