We are taking part in the Chiltern Challenge walk in honour of our beautiful dear friend Helen, who passed away from MND in November 2023. Helen faced her illness and its challenges with her courageous and sassy attitude, but MND is a heartbreakingly cruel disease currently with no real treatment or cure.

We hope to raise money for MNDA to make sure people living with MND are supported in every way possible, and to allow for research to continue.

Helen brought smiles and humour to every situation and is greatly missed.
