Story

Sadly today, too many of us know someone who has been directly affected by cancer - whether that’s your family, friends or maybe even yourself!

We all have a cancer story we can share.

Cancer is still the leading course of death worldwide. Every 2 seconds, yes 2 seconds someone hears that dreaded word! However, thankfully with the modern technology, early detection and continual research today, survival rates are improving!

This is all helped by the fundraising and charities that continually raise money to help support Cancer patients and their families and friends.

This is where we are asking for your help.

Recently our work colleague and friend, Justyna was diagnosed with breast cancer. She is young, fit and what we all considered to be healthy – a single mum with 2 young children and the oracle of our office! She will potentially be off work for at least a year to undergo operations and chemotherapy.

This has affected all of her work colleagues more than we would have thought possible and we have decided that we would like to do something to help Justyna and the many others that face this every waking day!

Therefore the C M Agriculture team are walking 26 miles for the Mighty Hike MacMillian Cancer Research from Cromer to Holkham Hall on Saturday 10th May 2025.

Please help us in raising as much money as we can for this charity to help those that are being affected by this awful disease.

Thank you for your support
