Me and some members of the Kind Minds team have decided to join in on the Support 2gether fundraiser which is a night abseil down Belfast Castle to raise Vital funds for their important work!

S2 supports mums who become mentally unwell due to the birth of their baby. The charity supports by holding a safe, unjudgmental space for mothers to explore, normalize and validate their feelings relating to the emotional transition into parenthood . U r not alone.
