Run 8.5 miles in one day, cycle 23 miles across two weeks or complete 215 miles across the whole month. What ever your distance, what ever your activity, make your miles count by joining our Rowvember community.

Story

AHOY have been supporting their community since 2003, helping thousands of disadvantaged youth and disabled adults achieve recognised qualifications whilst teaching valuable transferable skills through a medium of sailing, rowing and water-based activities.

Jade is a fundraiser for AHOY and sees firsthand the positive impact that their programmes and training have on individuals and the community.

So we are joining AHOY's Rowvember Challenge and making our miles count.

Jade and Josh will be walking 36 miles in one day along the canals from Limehouse Basin to their hometown, Croxley Green.

Tim will be rowing 80 miles indoors across the month of November.

Help us turn our miles into pounds, your donations will provide vital income for AHOY to continue to provide innovative waterbased activities to help change the lives of disadvantaged youth and disabled adults.

Thank you
