Story
*To be able to create a page where I can support two charities, I’ve had to create a group where you can select which one to donate to. It would be great if you could split your donation between the two pages, or pick the one which is lowest. However I completely understand if you have a personal connection and want to pick a specific charity to support*

Thanks for visiting my page.
I started with a little 5K race last year for charity and since then, have continued running as a hobby. I have been lucky enough to get a place in the London Marathon this year which is incredibly exciting but also quite scary! It will be a fun challenge!
I’m raising money for two charities this year which are important to my family and I.
I’m supporting the British Heart Foundation in memory of my dad, who passed away suddenly five years ago from a heart attack.
I’m supporting Dementia UK after a recent diagnosis within the family.
Every donation matters and will go towards supporting these charities with their ongoing research and efforts in combating these diseases. It will also help support the individuals and their families and improve quality of life.
By donating, you’re not only motivating me to complete the London Marathon, but you’re also contributing to a future where these diseases can be better treated and prevented.
Thank you very much!

When you support our charity, you are helping us grow the number of specialist dementia nurses. With your help, no one will have to face dementia alone.
