Story

Join Team Jones Peters in our mission to Walk 100 Miles across Northern Ireland this October. We are stepping up for a cause close to our hearts - supporting Breast Cancer Now in their relentless fight against breast cancer. With every stride, we aim to bring awareness, raise funds, and stand in solidarity with those affected by this disease.

Meet Our Team: Team Jones Peters is a spirited group of individuals from various walks of life, brought together by a shared passion for making a difference. Each member is committed to contributing their time and effort to this noble cause.

Our Inspiration: Cancer has touched the lives of many, including members of our team. We have witnessed the strength, courage, and resilience of survivors and their families, and it's our turn to give back. Breast Cancer Now's tireless efforts in funding research, providing support, and raising awareness have inspired us to take action.

Why We Walk: We walk to honour the survivors, remember those we have lost, and support the warriors still fighting. Our goal is to help Breast Cancer Now continue their ground-breaking research, provide essential services, and advocate for a world where breast cancer no longer poses a threat.

How You Can Help:

Donate: Every pound brings us closer to finding a cure and supporting those in need. Your contribution, no matter the size, makes a significant impact.

Join Us: If you're in Northern Ireland this October, consider joining our walk or hosting your own fundraiser to contribute to our campaign.

Spread the Word: Share our campaign with friends, family, and on social media. Help us reach more people and raise awareness about breast cancer.

Follow Our Journey: Stay updated with our progress, stories, and experiences throughout the campaign. Visit our fundraising page https://www.justgiving.com/team/jonespeters to follow our journey, make a donation, or leave words of encouragement.

As Team Jones Peters embarks on this 100-mile journey through the picturesque landscapes of Northern Ireland, we carry the hopes and dreams of those affected by breast cancer. Together, we can make a difference, one step at a time. Join us in supporting Breast Cancer Now and making a meaningful impact on the lives of many.

Your support will make a difference

£5 could give 24 people a copy of our After breast cancer treatment guide. It’s filled with information about how you might feel after treatment, ways of coping and being breast and body aware.

£50 could help someone travel to a breast cancer support event who wouldn’t otherwise be able to join. Our face-to-face events allow people to talk, listen and learn with others who understand the challenges that breast cancer brings.

£130 could keep our breast cancer support app Becca running for a month. Becca is your pocket companion to primary breast cancer, with reliable information and real-life stories from people who’ve been there.

Thank you for your generosity and support.
