On Sunday 7th of August 2022 at 11.30 Jon and Guy will be starting the infamous London Edinburgh London Cycle Event - over 1500 kilometres (932 miles) to ride between the 2 cities and back in under 125 hours, not surprising it is classed as the UK’s toughest Audax - It's so tough it is only held once every four years!

We are no strangers to the long rides having completed the Super Randonneur series again this year for the second time - completing a 200k (125 miles), 300k (186 miles), 400k (248 miles) and 600k (372 miles) event rides in a season.. we took it one step further this year by both undertaking and completing the 400k's solo around 20 hours each.

So with a few smaller (200k) rides still to go we are nearing the main event.. a very daunting huge distance but felt it was a great opportunity to raise some money and would certainly motivate us in the wee, cold, wet, dark small hours, on a tiny road somewhere in Scotland knowing we were raising money for 2 incredible charities very close to our hearts - Multiple Sclerosis and Prostate Cancer.

Before you donate - one last thought - just think about sitting on your bike saddle for up to 20 hours a day for 5 days!!!.
