Story
So you all know I like to set myself challenges that test my physical and mental endurance. 2020 is the year for two new challenges and I will be supporting the Rainbow Trust who provide support to families with children who have life threatening illnesses.
My first challenge will be to walk the three peaks in under 12 hours. The route is 24 miles, and includes 1585m of ascent..
My second challenge will be to Swim Serpentine – a 2 mile open water swim, the furthest I will have ever swum in the open water and is the equivalent to 128 lengths in a pool.
