I am having my Hair shaved to raise monies and awareness for the charities that are close to my heart.

JDRF - Juvenile Diabetic Research fund. The type 1 diabetes charity who fund research to cure, treat and prevent type 1

Derian House - Children's Hospice, Chorley , helps children and young people who's lives are too short, to make happy memories in an environment of fun, respect and high quality care

Guide Dogs - works for a world where people with sight loss are never left out of life

Hearing Dogs - change deaf peoples lives by helping them leave the loneliness behind

My hair will be donated to the charity - wigs for Kids who are a non-profit organisation, they provide wigs for children who have hair loss stemming from chemotherapy, radiation therapy, alopecia, burns and other causes.

Specsavers Blackburn Charity Event will be taking place on Sunday August 6th 2023

Victoria Court, Blackburn Mall at 11.00 am

Local barbers Passerini will be performing the braiding and head shave

Rothwell Arts Dance Acadamy will be performing at the event. Meet and have your photograph taken with the Derian House Mascot and the Specsavers Ear , Should prove to be a fun.

We have a hamper up for grabs as well as a chance to win a pair of designer spectacles and a pair of specialise hearing protectors. you may purchase a raffle ticket for each in Specsavers store or from us on the day at Victoria court
