Story
This year, Jason, Louis and Dan are proud to be running the London Landmarks Half Marathon on 6th April in support of The Institute of Cancer Research (ICR). The ICR is an incredible organisation that is making real progress in identifying and treating cancer.
Cancer is a disease that touches so many lives, including our own:
Jason: “It’s been 24 years since I lost my father to cancer at far too young an age. So I’m running in his memory to raise money for this great charity.”
Louis: “Inspired by my mum's incredible victory over the disease. Her strength and resilience remind me that hope can prevail, even in the toughest times. And this run is dedicated for those still fighting."
Dan: “I lost my grandad to cancer before I was born, and have seen its cruelty through its impact on my godfather and godmother. I’m running to honour their strength and support the ICR.”
Whilst we know there are lots of charities and sponsorships being asked for, any donations big or small would be most appreciated. Between the three of us, we are looking to raise £1050.
Thank you for your generosity. Roll on April!
With thanks,
Jason, Louis and Dan
