Story
This event is in honour of Callum McNulty, who tragically passed away at 18 years of age.
Callum was just 14 when he was first diagnosed with Ewing's Sarcoma. He was rushed to Southampton for emergency surgery and intensive chemotherapy, after which the family went to Germany for proton therapy. Callum made a full recovery, with intensive physiotherapy to learn to walk again. However, after 18 months in remission, the cancer returned and tragically it was only a matter of months before Callum passed away.
Callum was Alan Sinclair's only child. A Jersey Water employee, Alan along with nine other colleagues will be skydiving over Jersey on 15 July 2023, nearly one year to the day since his son passed away.
A skydive was on Callum's bucket list so it feels very fitting that his father and friends are embarking on this challenge to raise money for Teenage Cancer Trust Jersey Appeal, Jersey Water's Chosen Charity for 2023.
Alan and his colleagues thank everyone for supporting this fundraising event.
