Raising money for Brighter Futures and Michael Matthews Foundation

Story

In November 2021, Stephen Roberts (aka Stegsy) decided to celebrate his 50th year that it was time to explore closer to home and what better way to do it than to traverse the whole length of the island of Great Britain between two extremities on eBikes, from Lands End in the southwest to John o'Groats in the northeast.

The traditional distance by road is 874 miles (1,407 km) and has been covered by every form of transport through the years. He hadn't quite expected such a response! In May 2022, we plan to do LEJOG (as it's affectionately known) in 1003 miles (1,614 km) in 11 days.

Training has been relentless for some (cycling has changed our lives), more relaxed for others... but the main objective is to have a great time on an exciting adventure together!
