Joey's Journey is a Special Named Fund at CCLG raising funds for research into high grade gliomas.

Story

We are fundraising to raise money for Joeys Journey at CCLG, to help other children like Joey with congenital glioblastoma. Over the years we have all worked with Sam Joey's mummy. When we heard the news about Joey 3 of us started chatting and knew we wanted to do something to raise funds and support Joey. We plan to walk individually and log our miles on Strava. Hopefully at the end of July we can come together as a team for one final push. Distance still to be decided but we are aiming high. Please spare any pennies you can. I know life is hard at the moment. But the gruelling chemo treatment wee Joey is going through is unimaginable. Please take a minute to read his story and help support our warrior. Much love ex and current 210ers ❤❤ xx

Update from Joey's Jaunters at the end of week 2 we have smashed 1,029,777 steps. Thank you to everyone who has helped and encouraged us on our way. Joey is starting his 3rd chemo cycle today. He had a wee blip last weekend and had a few nights in hospital but he's back fighting as strong as ever. His mummy has sent a photo of him today as he starts cycle 3 but I cant save it on here. So we will share it on our individual pages to see how cute this wee champ is ❤❤
