Raising money for Crawley Open House
£1,438
raised of £2,000 target
During the month of May walk, cycle, run, swim or row 100 miles, or do 100 of anything you choose. Plant 100 shrubs, knit 100 items, make 100 pots of jam, write 100 letters, sing 100 songs - whatever you like and raise money for the Homeless.

Story

The event is to encourage people to walk, run, cycle, row or swim 100 miles during the month of May, and get sponsored for doing it. These activities might not be for everyone, so you are free to do 100 of anything – bake 100 cakes, plant 100 shrubs, do 100 crosswords or pick up 100 bits of litter every day – it’s entirely up to yourself. With May celebrating Mental Health Awareness Week this is also a great way to connect to the 5 Ways to Wellbeing – particularly ‘Be Active’ and ‘Give’.

All of our colleagues are invited to get involved, either individually, with their family or friends, or even as a group of workmates! If you or anyone else would like to register or receive more details simply go to www.crawleyopenhouse.co.uk/hundred and complete the tiny purple form, and a full set of information will be emailed out.

Crawley Open House have been helping people get back on their feet for over 26 years, and every single night 44 people call their hostel or move-on houses ‘home’ for now. They fully intend to keep developing their accommodation and services to benefit those who rely on them locally, and they can only do it with community support. They are incredibly grateful for any support we can give this event.

For each 100 milestone completed by an ITW individual or an ITW group, ITW CP UKN will also be making a contribution to the fundraising to help your sponsorship journey.
