Story
Its not ok to lose anyone so young, its really not ok to lose anyone so amazing, loving, fun, kind and with their whole lives ahead of them. And its really, really not ok to lose two of our most amazing friends far, far too young.
St Giles Hospice looked after Emma in her last few weeks and Arthur Rank looked after Clare. Hospices are AMAZING places, They are full of amazing people and offer those that need them care, peace and a place to cherish last memories. We will be forever grateful for the availability of such places for Emma and Clare, for their families and for us as friends.
But these hospices rely on fundraising - the money given from the government/NHS is not enough to provide all that they do. And they really go go above and beyond at a time when people need them the most.
This is where we need your help! We will be walking the entire Isle of Wight costal path - that's a massive 71 miles and we plan to do this in 5 days! Blister plasters at the ready..... PLEASE help us make a difference by making a donation - every penny counts and it will make a massive difference to helping us keep going!
As we are walking for 2 charities we have this team page to link the two hospices. You will need to make separate donations for each page - or choose one.... either way, we are super grateful for your support, as will be the hospices and everyone who receives their care.
Thank you :-)
