At the end of 2023 Invesco UK's staff voted to partner with the Rainbow Trust children's charity for 2024 and 2025.

Being told that your child is so seriously ill that they might die, is the most devastating experience a parent can go through. Support from a trusted Family Support Worker eases the day-to-day burden of caring, it boosts resilience, reduces isolation and improves the over-all well-being of the entire family. With nearly 40 years’ experience Rainbow Trust is the leading national organisation providing practical and emotional social palliative care to children and families.

Rainbow Trust believes that no family should face serious childhood illness alone and we are hoping to raise £200,000 to fund 2 Family Support workers for the charity, one in the London area and one in the Thames Valley Hub.
