My name is Dilan and I have recently finished an internship at Man Group, an Asset Management company. Many of my friends have recently completed internships or started placements in Investment Banking, Consulting, Law, and many more industries. Every time someone hears that I’ve recently finished my internship they say two things: “Congratulations” and then “How are you going to spend the money?”, with a cheeky grin. To which I always reply, “I’m not really sure, I did it for the experience”. After speaking to my peers, most of them feel the same way.

Unfortunately, many young people in the world are not as privileged and do not have the same opportunity to fulfil their potential by having enough food, a safe place to live, or the chance to attend school, or the right opportunities during and after school. That’s why I am starting IntEarn to Give to support several children’s and young people charities.
