Story

We are taking part in the Virtual Mar-WOOF-on to help raise money for the RSPCA York Animal Home and to suppor their work in the York, Harrogate and wider district.

Most of you know I like running and to be fair my monthly mileage is not that far off the target for this challenge. However i am currently injured and having to push harder than usual to get the miles in.

Jack has not run for sometime and although used to be a regulators running buddy has not had the time to get out and rack up the files required for a challenge such as this. With working at the Inn On The Moor as well as refurbishing the premises Jack also works as a carpenter and is a volunteer fire fighter at our local village station. Time is of a premium but between us we both plan to succeed in this challenge.
