Please help us raise money for Mental Health UK:
We’ve chosen to support Mental Health UK by increasing awareness of small steps everyone can take to support their own wellbeing. Just a small time commitment of 5 minutes, regularly, can make a difference to one’s wellbeing. In the book ‘Feel better in 5’ By Dr Rangan Chatterjee, he advocates health snacks that make a big impact but take just 5 minutes of one’s day. E.g:
- Spend 5 minutes in nature (good for the mind)
- A 5 minute run/yoga session (good for the body)
- Planning your snacks ahead so that you eat a handful of nuts and seeds (good for the body)
As a team we are all choosing options that work for us, and sharing them with our friends and family, and collectively we will achieve a minimum of 37 health snacks this month. We’re all enjoying the journey so far and hope you will enjoy our uplifting photos. Please give generously and help us to support Mental Health UK!
