i am extremely lucky to work with the team i do and my team are absolute heroes - having worked so very hard during the pandemic to keep everyone safe they also wanted to raise some money for a worth while cause and this one is quite close to their hearts. not all superheroes wear capes - mine wear PPE!!

We have tasked ourselves to walk a total of 1000 miles in the month of June in and around the town we work in. and would very much appreciate any donation no matter how small to go towards our total goal of £1000 to support the Networks of Wellbeing in Huntly.

Networks of Wellbeing (NoW) is an inclusive and diverse organisation which promotes and supports people in improving their mental health and wellbeing.Based in Huntly in Aberdeenshire, NoW offers a community based service centered around the Five Steps to Wellbeing approach to good mental health and now more than ever its important to support the fantastic work of these people

We also support marie curie who do absolutely amazing work and have supported some of the team personally through some hard and heartbreaking times recently
