We are coming together to remember those who lost their lives to suicide including our former colleague and those who have been and are continuing to be affected by self harm and suicide.
Physical activity can have a huge impact positively on the mind and give a sense of a feel good factor. What a great way to start by running 60miles for such a great cause and hopefully motivate those who are finding it hard to find that motivation and purpose. Know that your not alone and you CAN Do it!! Let's do this 💪
