Myself, Rhys & Mark Are Taking on the half marathan Challenge in memory off our Great friend Owen Milner and his father Ian Milner.

We are all taking part this year in the Great North Run. 13.1 miles around Newcastle on the newly changed route.

We are running in memory of Ian & Owen.

We each need to raise £300 (£900 total)

After Owens passing, Ian and Tracey received amazing support from the ABF, this is our way to give back and thank them for all they have done. For our story and many others.
