Event: Ridgeway Trek 2020, from 3 June 2021 to 6 June 2021
This four-day 80 mile trek along Britain's oldest road starts in Swindon and finishes at Florence Nightingale Hospice in Aylesbury, raising money to support hospice care in Buckinghamshire.

Story

Heritage Hikers are a group of friends who also happen to be members of the same business networking group: the BNI Heritage Chapter in Aylesbury. To support the group's charity, 6 members have agreed to tackle the Ridgeway Challenge. There are varying degrees of fitness in the team and more than a few blisters already, but we will succeed!

The coming months will see us all tackling the training plan and doing some of the longer walks together when we're allowed. Team work and plasters should see us through the 80 miles in June.

Florence Nightingale Hospice is more than a Hospice, and this is more than just a challenge. Completing 20 miles each day for 4 days will be a mental and physical push, however it's all for an amazing cause.

Every penny counts so please donate what you can and cheer us on through the miles to come!
