We provide suicide prevention resources to help prevent suicide in the UK

Story

In 2022 two people very close to me had severe struggles with their mental health. As bad as it gets really.

Anxiety and depression can affect anyone at any time. Everyone should know how to look after their mental health in the same way we know that we should eat 5 fruit and veg a day.

In 2023 I'm attaching myself to a 3kg kettlebell for the whole year. I will take it everywhere with me; work, shopping, you name it (the only exceptions being where it wont be safe or feasible like the shower!). This 3kg weight represents the mental weight that those suffering with depression and anxiety, carry with them on a daily basis.

Along the way I plan on doing additional fundraising events as well so keep your eyes peeled!
