Our cardiac nursing team care for patients with heart conditions on a busy cardiac ward. Working closely with cardiologists we provide quality care to patients of all ages, improving their overall outcome and ensuring their experience in hospital is a positive one. We understand the effect heart conditions take on patients lives and are eager to support a charity very close to our hearts. British heart foundation’s vision is a world free from the fear of heart and circulatory diseases. We would like to help them raise money to research cures and treatments, so we can beat heartbreak forever.
