On August 9th, Sara, Dawn and myself will be stepping out of a plane and into the sky, not just for the thrill of it, but for a cause that means a lot to us. We are participating in the Headway Norfolk and Waveney Skydive to help those affected by brain injuries. This challenge is a way for us to contribute to a greater good, turning an adrenaline-filled experience into a meaningful act of support.
