Sam and I will be aiming to complete the wainwrights in a year! This will consist of 36 walks across the lake district that will cover all of the 214 peaks. Including Scafell Pike, the biggest mountain in England.

In total we will be covering over 395 miles and a total climb of 450,522 feet over 36 walks. This is an average of 11 miles per walk.

We will be fundraising for Mind Mental Health Charity and The Royal British Legion

Mind help fight a huge mental health pandemic we suffer from in this country and we want to help them continue this battle.

The Royal British Legion provided there services to my late grandfather Joseph Lockwood a world war 2 veteran, and i know he was an avid supporter of there work so i hope to pay trubute to him by raising much needed funds for the organisation.

Any amount no matter how small is massively appreciated by us both! We are under no illusion what a monstrous challenge this will be so any donations at all will provide a great morale boost along our journey!
