My Mum, Gladys Rosina Thorogood, was diagnosed with Alzheimers 4 years ago. On Monday 8th November 2021 she sadly passed away peacefully at 91 years old!

She was certainly one of a kind, a phenomenal wife, mum, mother in law, nanny and fiend. We were all very lucky to have her in our lives and we are eternally grateful for everything she has taught us and helped us with throughout the years.

In her memory and for everyone who suffers from or is impacted by Alzheimers, myself and a group of friends have decided to go for a 26 mile stroll around Ullswater Lake - and hopefully raise a some cash in the process for the Alzheimer's Society
