Story
To improve my physical health and support my mental well-being, throughout 2023 I will be walking, hill climbing, jogging (or at least aspiring to - the latter) and swimming (indoors and out);
Walking/jogging ( I am a non-runner at the moment) - 28 miles in February; Completing 10,000 steps a day in March; Swimathon in April, a surprise challenge in August, hill climbing up Pen-y-ghent October 25th (weather permitting) - more to be added along the way!
I have set myself these challenges to raise funds for the three charities which mean a lot to me right now.
Pancreatic Action UK. In support of my mum who has been battling this disease with amazing strength and courage since July 2022, Yorkshire Children's Charity and Marie Curie.
I hope to raise equal amounts for the charities and I really appreciate your support no matter how large or small.
