This Saturday 15th March, Alan and I have challenged ourselves to take on HYROX in Glasgow to help raise money for people living with cancer.

HYROX combines both running & functional workout stations, where participants run 1km, followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated eight times.

We'd be so grateful if you could help us reach our £800 pledge, which could run the Macmillan Support Line phone service for 2 hours.

There are currently 3 million people living with cancer in the UK today. It's Macmillan's goal to be there for everyone from the moment of diagnosis, but they can't do this without donations from people like you.
