Brain Tumour Research Firewalks 2023
Campaign by Brain Tumour Research (RCN England and Wales 1153487, Scotland SC046840)
I am doing a firewalk for Brain Tumour Research to help find a cure because one in three people know someone affected by this devastating disease.

Story

Barry Rowlands and Paul Cook, both of whom worked with us at GlobalIM, and both of whom passed away from a brain tumour. Barry started fundraising for Brain Tumour Research and specifically Wear a Hat Day following his diagnosis and the first event held in the office was along with Barry who was taking part at home with his family. We have carried on supporting the event since they passed away in their memory. Julie C, Vincent and Gurdeep are braving walking on fire as the Global Firewalkers, to raise funds. All money raised will go towards the Brain Tumour Research charity, please dig deep. Please join us on Friday 30 June if you're up for a challenge :)

Brain tumours kill more children and adults under the age of 40 than any other cancer. Just 1% of the national spend on cancer research has been allocated to this disease. We are a leading voice calling for support and action for research into what is called the last battleground against cancer.
