Story

Hi,

Thanks for reading the Rob and Rob page. We are raising funds for Prostate Cancer by doing the Blenheim Triathlon (June 1st and 2nd) for two very personal reasons:

Rob M - a year ago I was diagnosed with prostate cancer and so have spent the last 12 months going through rehabilitation after a radical prostatectomy. I have had a massive amount of support from family, friends, medical staff and charities such as Prostate Cancer UK. Therefore, I wanted to give a very little bit back by raising some funds.

Rob H - we sadly lost a very close friend, George Lascaris, to prostate cancer two years ago. He was one of the kindest, funniest, most gentle people you could ever meet. As such, to honour his memory, I am taking the plunge into my first ever triathlon in order to raise funds.
