In 2005 we lost my Dad, Keith. He was just 48. He lived with type 1 diabetes most of his life and it was cruel to him. It broke our hearts to lose the finest gentleman you could ever meet.

Keith was the kindest daddy, husband, granddad, son, brother, friend.....

It is with great pride that we can run this race in his memory, hopefully raising vital funds for Diabetes UK in the process.

He was my hero, the wind beneath my wings and the best daddy number two to Fliss. We really appreciate any support you can offer to help us reach our target.
