Story

UPDATE: WE DID IT!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH EVERYBODY FOR ALL THE SUPPORT 💕

Gary and Amie are taking in Bath Half Marathon in just 8 short weeks!! 😳 🤦‍♀️😂 Alzheimers is a cruel and ruthless condition that strips suffers and their families of their memories, personalities, and quality of life. It has affected both us and our families personally. Not only is it something Amie deals with daily in her professional capacity as a nurse, but it affects her on a personal level with a very special, much loved and great gentleman in her life, her wonderful grandad, being diagnosed with this wicked disease. Gary watched two very beloved grandparents suffer with this disease. There is currently no cure but fundraising is making it possible to both increase the chances of finding a cure and improve medication available to help slow down disease progression and improve symptoms helping people maintain a better quality of life for longer. Anything you can give will be so much appreciated in helping us reach our goal in supporting the Alzheimers society continue their fundraising and support efforts. Thank you❤️
