We are moving further, faster to help everyone affected by a brain tumour

Story

On 12th February 2025, we lost a remarkable man, Gareth Owen Rowlands, who in recent months had bravely battled a brain tumour. Gareth was a loving husband, Dad, Taid, brother, uncle and friend who will be missed by us all.

He spent his life as a Dairy Farmer but was also a devoted public servant for nearly 50 years. His contributions as a Town Councillor, four-time Town Mayor, County Councillor, Past-President of St Asaph Rotary Club, and school governor, among many other community causes, have left an indelible mark on our community.

Glioblastomas are the most common high grade primary brain tumour in adults and sadly have poor prognosis. We would like to fundraise and donate to the Brain Tumour Charity, to support their funding of research and advocacy to battle brain tumours.

Your support will help us honour Gareth's legacy and contribute to a cause that aims to improve the lives of those affected by this devastating disease.

Thank you for your generosity.
