Maine Adaptive is celebrating 40 years of offering quality adaptive recreation throughout Maine to individuals with differing abilities regardless of their ability to pay. Through the years, our programs have grown from alpine skiing to so much more.

Story

While we are all friends of men in kilts, we are also a group who have a combined total of 40 years with Maine Adaptive. We are volunteers who have donated countless hours and baking skills to help get people out on the trails and waters of Maine, staff who have supported hundreds of participants and volunteers as they explore new ways to get outside, and family members of participants who just love to ski! We are excited to help Maine Adaptive raise funds to continue offering free programs to people for another 40 years!
