Our office will be running, jogging, skipping or hopping our way across 5k of Hereford Race Course to raise money for blood cancer charity Anthony Nolan.

Formus Pro is a software company. We are naturally office dwellers but in aid of such a good cause we are challenging ourselves to go outside and exercise for a full 5k!... Yes, even in this weather! Yuck!

We've even managed to coax the dev's out from their bat caves to join in.
