FOUR OLD MEN ARE TAKING ON THE OLD MAN OF CONISTON!

The 'FIGHTING FIT FOUR' of Dave 'Aussie' Ayliffe, Neil MacLeod, Paul Warner & Steve Clay are taking on this tough dawn to dusk challenge where they will cycle, hike and kayak to raise money for ACTION MEDICAL RESEARCH

On Saturday 18th September the 'FIGHTING FIT FOUR' will set off at dawn and

Bike 17 miles around the famous mountain bike trails of Grizedale Forest

then,

Hike 7 thigh-busting miles to the summit of the Old Man of Coniston

and then,

Kayak 2 miles, navigating the course as a team on Coniston Water on twin sit-on-top kayaks

All before the sun sets and dusk descends on Coniston!

With your help and donations, the 'four old men' are determined to conquer the Old Man of Coniston and make a real difference to children's lives!
