We harness the power of horses to improve the lives of disabled riders.

Story

January can be a hard month for a lot of people. It’s dark, wet and the UK weather is generally miserable at that time of the year.

Christmas is a time of great joy but often also a time of reflection on hurt, pain and loss. It can also sometimes not quite go to plan ! Staring at a brand new year can be daunting, mentally, and a source of anxiety. Depending on whats happened in 2022, wondering what 2023 holds for each of us can be challenging.

In every challenge is opportunity; but this requires a mindset shift. To enable this, some men of F3 UK have decided to do something hard … to start the year the right way: 100 burpees per day throughout January. It‘s not the only way to “start right”, but certainly one of them. To win the day, we win the morning. To win the year, we win January.

Doing 100 burpees takes effort … but to do 100 burpees for 31 days takes serious discipline. That’s our challenge. 3,100 burpees in total.

And to keep us burpee’ing every day, even when we’re sick of them, we’ve decided to raise funds in support of Cranleigh RDA, which is a charity providing horse riding lessons in Cranleigh, Surrey, for kids with special needs.

We’d greatly appreciate any funds you’d like to contribute !
