Thank you for taking the time ro read our page and donate to the British Heart Foundation.

This is something i never posted pubically, but last year i lost 2 important people in my life in a extremely short period of time. My DAD Michael Ronald who sadly lost his finally fight against cancer but over the years had suffered from a heart attack, heart surgery and being diagnoised with hypertrophic cardiomyopath. Then 2 weeks later i lost my eldest brother Alex Ronald from a cardiac arrest At the age of 50. These 2 wonderful humans left behind a family and children who loved them dearly!

thank you to my wonderful and amazing friends and family who helped me and my family through what i can only be described as heartbreaking and surreal. Losing your dad and brother within 2 weeks of each other is not something i ever dreamt of but with the help of amazing people around me i am able ti give back!

i have 2 wonderful and crazy friends who have agreed to run the Edunburgh half marathon with me probably as they ‘cant say no’ but i am truly grateful.

so myself, Laura & Coops are running the Edunburgh Half in May of this year. Supported over the last few and coming months by lots of friends ❤️
