Emmaus Suffolk provides work experience, paid work, wellbeing hubs, and accommodation for those who need it - as well as a real sense of community and belonging. The charity aims to be sustainable and raises incomes from house clearances, retail shops selling pre-loved items, and an amazing community cafe in Ipswich.

We're taking on the Orwell Challenge - a lovely (!) 25 mile along the Suffolk rivers and across the countryside, on land usually off limits.

Wendy last completed this challenge in 2018, in 5:57hrs. she's going to try to get it closer to 5:30hrs.
