Story

Some of my amazing friends and colleagues are doing their own little challenge to support my challenge and the Prince and Princess of Wales Hospice including....

Jules who is swimming Loch Lomond (in Strathclyde University pool!), my team at Entrepreneurial Scotland who are not only holding a bake sale but also running, swimming, cycling and climbing the equivalent of Loch Lomond (91km) in 3 weeks!, the amazing Mags Bell who is holding a Pop Up Clothes sale and then Stuart Macdonald, Francis Gilroy and Kenny Neison who are running 57 miles in 12 hours across 3 bridges!!!

I feel truly humbled by their efforts and so grateful for their support as I take part in the The Prince & Princess of Wales Hospices award-winning (A Little Less) Strictly Come Dancing event in association with The Malcolm Group - the most glamorous event in the hospice's event calendar.

Kevin and I have been rehearsing madly...the event is now only weeks away! eeeekk!

Everyone's generosity will go towards the Hospice which supports 1200 patients and their families every year to achieve the best quality of life.

Where it may not be possible to add days to lives, they aim to add life to days.

Their amazing team of doctors, nurses, therapists, counsellors, chaplains, social workers and volunteers, treat patients in their own homes, at other places of care, and in the hospice.

Thanks to everyone for your support.
