Simon and Emma are passionate advocates for mental health and well-being. They work tirelessly as a dynamic duo at Healthy Minds, a charity committed to supporting individuals in Calderdale.

Simon’s Journey

Simon, with his warm smile and unwavering determination, has been part of the Healthy Minds team for nine months. His background in counselling equips him to connect with people on a profound level. Simon believes that every step taken toward mental wellness matters, which is why he’s lacing up his walking shoes for a remarkable cause.

Emma’s Story

Emma, a finance officer and the heart of Healthy Minds, brings compassion and resilience to her role. Emma’s positivity radiates, inspiring everyone around her.
