I'm trekking Mount Everest for Penny Appeal's Emergency Response.

It's going to be one of the toughest challenges of a lifetime; in this 11 day trek i will be reaching heights of 18,221ft climbing the highest mountain in the world to help people who are facing crisis, war and displacement. Help us protect and save thousands of families from the devastating effects of natural disasters and conflict.

War, famine, disease, poverty & climate change have immobilised communities in Myanmar, Syria, Yemen, Gaza, Indonesia and East Africa, and Penny Appeal need your support to be able to deploy life-saving medical aid, food, clothing, sanitation and shelter to those who've been left incredibly vulnerable.
