My dearest friends and family,

I am aware there are so many charities out there doing amazing things - it is hard to choose which one to support. For me, supporting Crisis comes from walking past so many homeless people near where I live and work and feeling very helpless as to what to do, as well as having a feeling of shame for my own privilege, knowing that I have friends and family who would alway be there for me if things got tough - and wishing that it could be the same for everyone out there.

So me and El will be dunking our selves in the sea this Christmas. Which will truly be a challenge for me as I really do hate the cold.

We should all have a place to call home. Across the UK, thousands of people will be without a home this winter.

I am facing the freeze for Crisis.
