Instead of gifts for my birthday, I'd love for you to donate to some of my chosen charities -

Tearfund - a brilliant international relief and development agency. I've visited some of their projects in Malawi and can vouch for the amazing work they enable across the world, particularly now in Ukraine.

Bethany Christian Trust - a wonderful Edinburgh/Glasgow based charity working the homeless and vulnerable. I've personally worked on some of their creative projects in prisons and love what they do.

CLAN - a cancer support charity based in the North East. They were a valuable support to my family and friends during and after cancer treatment.

SMILE Counselling - a free counselling service for 11-24 year olds in West Lothian. I have worked with several young people who have battled with mental health in recent years and seen the benefits of this counselling service.
