Steptober, powered by M7 Real Estate, will see over 500 property professionals competing to take the most steps throughout the month of October. Every penny raised will go towards our mission to end youth homelessness in the UK.

Story

Julie Pears, Lorraine Tyson, Richard Perrin and Richard Hutchinson will be competing in Steptober Challenge 2019.

LandAid is the property industry charity working to end youth homelessness in the UK.

LandAid brings together businesses and individuals from across the industry to support charities delivering life-changing projects for young people who are or have been homeless, or who are at risk of homelessness.

As a charitable trust, we award grants to exceptional charities in the UK who are working to tackle youth homelessness. Our grants are invested in capital projects which provide much-needed homes for young people.

Our key aims are:
- To provide accommodation and support for young people who have been homeless
- To profile youth homelessness within the property industry, especially where we can offer young people a platform to have their voices heard

Together we can end youth homelessness.
